Franklin O'Neal,
Principal Consultant 

With over 20 years experience in consulting and training corporations and organizations across the globe and industries, Frank brings his unique technical skills, professional development training, project management skills and consulting experience to lead ONeal Consulting and Training.

 

With degrees from Morehouse College and Georgia State University, plus years of training and consulting experience in educational, military institutions, and corporate environments, Frank brings a rich and diverse skill set to any training situation.

“My passion is in the development of people.  “I love when I see my students whether kids or adults, get that “Ah Ha” moment in a class. It’s when they realize how a concept will work in their lives.”

A recognized and experienced consultant offering workshops, seminars, training, classes and staff development to schools, libraries, school administrators, teachers, students, and organizations in information literacy, literature, management, leadership and collaborations.

Dr. O'Neal held degrees from Clark Atlanta University, Georgia State University and Morris Brown College with years of experience as a public school educator, professor and academic dean at the university level, and other positions of administration and leadership.
